Services that we provide
Design

At Airmaster we have the expertise to provide design solutions to cover every aspect of Mechanical Engineering Services, all covered by professional indemnity insurance.
Be it a bespoke design for a completely new system or to modify or enhance an existing system to suit the Clients requirements, we have well trained engineers with a wealth of experience in the commercial aspects of engineering.
All these are backed up with the latest up to date software design packages and Computer Aided Design systems, i.e. HEVACOMP, SBEM and AutoCAD.
In order to continue with our commitment to changing legislation and technological demands, green issues have been placed at the top of our agenda. We are now able to provide in house CIBSE qualified low carbon consultancy services.
Installation

Following the sucessful and costings to the clients approval, Airmaster will designate a contract team to the project.
Whilst the size of the team varies with the size of contract, the same basic principles apply. The team will ensure that the entire project is carried out on time, on budget, with minimum disruption and to the complete satisfaction of the Client.
Commissioning

System performance and consequently running costs, controlability and system lifetime expectancy is all directly affected by how the system is commissioned. At Airmaster we provide ourselves in our ability to correctly carry out plant proving and set up, air and water balancing, controls set up and refrigerant charging and operation. All backed up by providing the correct data and records for operating and maintenance and correctly instructing the Client in the correct way to use their systems.
Servicing

Despite our best endeavours to provide the most cost effective solutions, new mechanical services still represent a substantial investment which needs protecting. Our maintenance division offers peace of mind to companies, small or large, to ensure optimum performance to keep energy consumption to a minimum, reduce or eliminate down time, maintaining the correct working environment, and maximising plant life.
